The Full Body Licious Workouts

In this program you need to do 5 workouts each week. Each of the workouts is made up of a variety of complex exercises which are designed to create a high intensity workout experience and induce a higher metabolic rate which is great for blasting off body flab.

Each of the workouts in the Full Body Licious program targets one body part primarily, like your buttocks or arms, but the total force of the workouts gives you a complete, total body workout experience that shapes up your entire body.

These are not easy workouts to perform. They will require some fitness equipment and you will need to put in a lot of work. However, these exercises simply deliver results. They will get you in shape fast.
